Welcome to the Power Of One!

The Power of One, the Northwest leadership conference for LGBT and ally students, was born on the Palouse in 2004 as “OUT in the Middle of Wheat Fields.”

Six years later, we are excited to bring this three-day event back home to the Palouse co-sponsored by Washington State University and the University of Idaho. This year’s conference theme is “Honoring Our Roots and Sustaining our Legacy,” and sessions will address topics of Ally Development, Gender, Health & Wellness, Social Justice, Leadership, Creative Arts, and Advisors, Administrators, and Professionals .
